จดหมายเหตุวัฒนธรรมกำแพงเพชร โดย อาจารย์สันติ อภัยราช

สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ร่วมกับสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จัดอบรมตามโครงการเสริมสร้างบทบาทสภาวัฒนธรรม จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร โดยจัดอบรมเรื่องวัฒนธรรมประชาธิปไตยแก่ นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยเกษตรกำแพงเพชร  วิทยาลัยเทคนิคกำแพงเพชร วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่าง วิทยาลัยภักดีพณิชยการและเทคโนโลยี และศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ณ ห้องประชุมหอสวดมนตร์วัดคูยาง อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร  

โดยมีนายสันติ อภัยราช ประธานสภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร เป็นประธานดำเนินการเปิด และบรรยายพิเศษ
นางสาวพชรพรรณ ชุ่มเปี่ยม ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม กล่าวรายงาน
วิทยากรประกอบด้วย อาจารย์สุวัฒน์ วัฒนศิริ อาจารย์วันชัย กลิ่นหอม และนายอภินันท์ มุสิกะพงศ์
